I have used the BBQ grilling platter and it is really great! Only have good things to say! It helps keep the food you are grilling together on the BBQ, you can move it to hotter or cooler areas when needed, and you can add marinade as you cook the foods you could not previously cook on a BBQ without them falling through the spaces
