All the flavors were great. I'd definitely use them in my cooking and dishes. Thank you for the generous samples. I enjoyed them very much.
I did not find that this was any more flavorful than just using gourmet balsamics that you find in the organic section in the store. The little packages the samples came in were helpful for packing salad dressing for lunch though.
