The genesis of Mighty Leaf Tea came in 1996 as a result of a shared passion and dream envisioned by husband-and-wife team Gary Shinner and Jill Portman when they founded their teahouse on Fillmore St. in San Francisco. Mighty Leaf Tea was born for the sole purpose of infusing life into an ancient indulgence by creating tea products that reach new heights of quality and innovation.

How to Brew
1) Add 1 tea pouch to a heat-safe half-gallon pitcher
2) Pour 32 oz. of boiling water over the silken pouch, and steep for 4-5 minutes.
3) Remove the pouch, and add 32 oz. of cold water.
Voila, your iced tea is ready to serve!
