When we began our quest to make scrumptious, healthy snacks out of seeds, we developed our original flavor, Pacific Sea Salt. The touch of sea salt on these crunchy nuggets is sourced right here in our own backyard, the San Francisco Bay, and highlights the nutty taste of sunflower and sesame seeds. This product is vegan, nut-free and all natural.
As a lover of sesame sticks and of sunflower seeds, this is a great snack. They have the same texture of a sesame stick but the sesame flavor is balanced with sunflower seeds. I had a .5 oz bag and this would definitely hold me over to the next meal with less calories than a yogurt. A very diet-friendly snack without sacrificing taste and satisfaction.
These would be a delicious and low calorie snack, great for a kids lunch box. They have a nice crunch without being too hard on your teeth.
These are a great snack perfect when you have that middle of the day slump and need a little energy to get you through the rest of the day. The flavor is great
I really enjoyed these and was bummed when I finished off the sample pack. I will definitely buy these next time I'm craving a salty crunchy snack.
A wonderful blend of crunchy, salty, savory and a hint of sweet. A great alternative to my normal salty snack of choice: pita chips. I even took them on a training ride and they held up nicely. Great find LWF!
