It's difficult to find authentic cook books or recipes that are created by REAL Italian chefs, born and raised in Italy and whose cuisine is not influenced or altered for the American palette.

I got this cookbook as a Christmas gift from a dear friend and love every page of it. Chef Giorgio Locatelli does a fantastic job conveying the emotion, passion and devotion the Italians have for their cuisine.
