Wilton Meringue Powder

Primary ingredient for royal icing. Stabilizes buttercream, adds body to boiled icing and meringue. Replaces egg white in many recipes. Resealable top opens for easy measuring. Certified Kosher.

I use royal icing on sugar cookies. It hardens when left exposed to air and won't lose it's shape when stacked.
