I've tried both types of lasagna sheets. I find that my lasagna turns out better with the sheets that require boiling. However, the wet and slimy pasta sheets can be hard to handle. So, I tried the "no-boil". It's disappointing, it's hard to assemble the lasagna with no-boil sheets and my lasagna turned out to be hard and crunch when baked.
