It can be tricky to store bean sprouts. If you don't use them in 2-3 days, it becomes watery, funky and slimy.

What I do is to remove them from the bag, spread them in a shallow dish and cover with water. Keep in fridge. Rinse and change water daily. A week later, the sprouts are still fresh!
