I love to snack but also want to lose the pounds. Here are few of my favorite low-carb snacks:
1) Celery stick with laughing cow cheese
2) Pistachios, nuts, sunflower seeds
3) 85% cocoa dark chocolate
4) Hard-boiled eggs - I keep a container of them peeled and stored in the fridge
5) Smoked salmon and cream cheese on cucumber slices
