Mine is a dish w. angel hair pasta. You saute chicken (the pre-cooked packaged is fine for this), green onions, garlic, black olives, zucchini, and mushrooms. Add white wine (chardonnay works best) and at the last minute add some cherry tomatoes, just for a second to get them warm, not mushy. Serve over the angel hair pasta and top w/ crumbled feta cheese. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
