Additional Info

After cutting, soak in salted water for 5 minutes, 1/2 tsp is usually enough for 2 cut apples. Completely submerging the pieces. Drain and it will keep for 1/2 day in the fridge w/out turning brown.

When I dehydrate large quantities of apples, I dip my apple slices in a lemon juice / water mixture.
