I am 23 years old and a recent Anthropology graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I live near Pittsburgh and I currently work as a medical technician in a dementia and Alzheimer's unit where I care for 16 wonderful elderly people.
In my spare time I love cooking, as I grew up watching my dad invent new recipes. Though I'm not too heavy on baking, my parents run their own baking business, especially around Christmas time, in addition to their regular jobs. I love to make Asian dishes especially, with some interesting twists. My favorite so far has been eggplant and zucchini spring rolls with brown rice.
