Meet Lotus Bakeries
Biscoff Cookies (or Lotus Speculoos in Europe) are baked in the Belgian town of Lembeke, the same location where the Boone brothers opened their first bakery in 1932. The Boones would drive around town in their trademark red truck to deliver their prized treats door to door. The recipe, which uses only the highest-quality ingredients, remains the same more than eight decades later.

Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Contains One Or More of Soy Bean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Palm Oil), Brown Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate), Soy Flour, Salt, Spice (Cinnamon).
