Meet Chef's Cut
When co-founder and chef Blair Swiler set out to make a tastier, more tender jerky for himself and his family, what he didn't realize was he was taking an age-old tradition and making it better. When his business partner Dennis Riedel started sharing the company's ""Filet in a Bag"" with friends , they realized they were about to turn the jerky world on its head.
Chef's Cut takes real cuts of meat, hand-cut, like in the butcher shop, cures them with their own proprietary smoking process, spices them naturally, and puts it in a bag.
The result is a different kind of Jerky. Jerky done right.
Chef's Cut didn't change the way people think about Jerky just because they could. They did it because they don't believe that anything, or anyone, should ever stop improving or have limits. The Chef's Cut mission is simple: Make the best jerky possible, every day, and never stop making it better.

Chicken breast, seasoning (cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, garlic powder), maltodextrin, natural flavor, liquid smoke (water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt), celery powder, sea salt.
