Meet Chef's Cut
Chef’s Cut Real Jerky was created by Chef Blair Swiler and Dennis Riedel. Blair has been smoking meats his entire life; a tradition passed along from his father. In 2009, becoming tired of having to buy terrible jerky every time they played a round of 18, golf buddies, Blair and Dennis, teamed up and began smoking and selling Chef’s Cut to golf and country clubs across the US (turns out jerky is the perfect golf bag accessory). Today the vision to change the jerky world has resulted in the best tasting, highest quality jerky on the market.
Smoked Beef Original Recipe - Beef, soy sauce (water, sugar, salt, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein, caramel color, natural flavor, cultured dextrose, lactic acid, green tea extract, mustard oil), sugar, Worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), horseradish (horseradish roots, vinegar, salt and mustard oil), liquid smoke (water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt), less than 2%: cultured celery powder, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper. Contains soy and anchovies. Cheddar Cheese - Cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto [vegetable color]). Contains: Fish (anchovies), Milk, Soy.
