Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 package vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1 or 2 large candy bars, chopped
1 cup toffee pieces

Frosting:
Canned Chocolate and Vanilla frosting
green food dye
Large Marshmallows
chocolate chips
OR
softened butter
powdered sugar
vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F, line 12 to 16 jumbo muffin tins (or about 24 regular muffin sizes).

Mix all ingredients together, stir well. Mix on medium with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Fold in candy and toffee, divide into liners.
Bake 18-25 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:
Mix soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla well, varying amounts to achieve the desired consistency for decorating. Soft, but not too runny. Spread frosting over cupcake as desired, then add green food dye to a portion of regular vanilla frosting. Using a small metal spatula dipped in hot water, smooth the green frosting around a marshmallow, and use chocolate and vanilla frosting, chocolate chips, etc as desired to decorate Frankenstein's face.
