Material:
1 kg beef, cut according to taste.
2 Coconut fruit, for coconut milk
1 vertebra Galangal
1 stalk lemongrass.
2 bay turmeric leaf.
salt, sugar to taste,
Spices:
15 pcs shallots.
5 garlic cloves.
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 vertebra Turmeric
100 grams of minced red chilli.
Directions
Saute spices and galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaf until fragrant.
