Ingredients
4 Pollock fish fillets
4 strips Bacon
1 Onion
2 cups Chopped Celery
4 tablespoons Butter
1/3 cup White Wine
1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
2/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cubes Instant Bouillon
Directions
1.Chop Bacon and onion. Cut Pollock fish fillets into bite size.
2.In a frying pan, heat butter. Add bacon, onion and celery until tender. Add Pollock fish and stir well.
3.Reduce heat and add white wine, sour cream and instant bouillon. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
4.Add shredded cheddar cheese and over and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5.Turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fish on the plate and serve.
