Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company is owned and operated by the Albright family. Albright Farms is a family owned 4th generation company that started in the early 1920s. Aubrey Albright was a shoe maker by trade but worked on a farm in Windsor, NB owned by Milton Hallet, who was away working in another profession. In 1929, when the Hallets moved home, Aubrey Albright bought the farm where they still operate today in Jacksonville, NB.
The company has come a long way since 1929 and embraces change and new technology. It took two full years to complete the Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company project and the Albright family is excited to carry on old traditions with their potato chips.
Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company is an old-fashioned kettle-cooked chip company. Every batch is cooked the traditional way, with care, one at a time, to ensure the best flavor and texture. Then mouth-watering seasonings are added to result in a tasty chip with a crunch that will keep you coming back for more. They also have high quality standards and undertake quality control efforts often so that you only get the best ingredients and best bite for your buck.
