Pik-Nik Shoestring Potatoes are an all-American snack that has been a consumer favorite for 75 years.
Pik-Nik Shoestrings, created in the United States in the 1930s, were originally manufactured in San Jose, California. After a change of ownership, Shoestring Potatoes were sold under the Pik-Nik label in the American West while shoppers in the East knew them as Kobey's.
In the 1980s, S&W; Fine Foods purchased Pik-Nik and updated the famous canister’s design to sell the popular Shoestring Potatoes throughout the United States and worldwide.
Today, as Pik-Nik Foods, USA, we’re working to improve our products and create new ones—and we continue our long tradition of using only the freshest premium ingredients to produce the classic all-American snack for consumers and snack lovers around the world.
